There’s the lawyer in the foyer

Always threatening to sue;

There’s the attorney on a journey

Delivering contracts two by two;

There’s the silk in honey and milk

From all the fees he claims are due;

There’s the judge who just won’t budge

From the silly opinion that’s just not true;

There’s the poli, seeming so jolly,

Making the laws creating this brew;

And there’s just plain folk under this yoke

Wishing they could get rid of a few.
